Professional Tool Room

Following footsteps of Make in India, has recently developed its own professional tool manufacturing unit with high precision and fast technological machines like VMC up to 15000 RPM, CNC, EDM, Engravers, Lathes, Drillers, Wire cut, Turing machines. The capacity of manufacturing tools is more 60+ high precision and critical moulds annually.

Designing and Development

Advancing our technologies, VBROS have dedicated teams for design build-up, using high end software for 2D and 3D designing, manufacturing for all professional tools. From process of part and mould 2D generation, 3D generation, mould flow analysis, mould designing, mould conceptualization, and data loading on machines for mould cutting and machining, all activities are inhouse.

Vibration and Ultrasonic Welding

With the vision of constantly improving the technology & infrastructure at its end, VBROS believes in delivering the quality assembled parts also. Using Vibration welding operation for oil reservoirs, oil tanks and engine cover for various customers and marking the expertise in Vibration welding assemblies.

Using Ultrasonic Welding technology for various 4 wheelers, 2 wheelers engineering products such as reflectors.

Electrical Assembly Line

Complete electrical cooler manufacturing and assembly with more than 650 no’s cooler per day production. The product includes assembly of more than 30 types of plastic components with more than 38 types of BOP items. Each product is 100% tested for Endurance, T.R testing, High Speed RPM, Roll Test and Drop test along with individual sub assembly testing.

Testing Facility

Inhouse testing facilities with advanced equipment such as CMM, UV chamber, Profile projector, UTM, deep freezer, MFI etc. and online testing facility for assembly products.

P.U. Paintshops

Delivering quality products with high aesthetic value to its customers with 2 PU paint shops in the feather.

Pad Printing & Laser Printing

For post moulding operations and a few decorative purposes, pad printing & laser printing are being used in the facility catering to various design needs of customer.
